The structure features a generous main workshop area, seamlessly extended by sheltered verandas on both sides, creating a harmonious balance between enclosed working space and covered outdoor flow.

Engineered for longevity, the building stands upon a solid, elevated concrete foundation with comprehensive damp-proof protection. The exterior is clad in robust, high-gauge iron for both roof and walls, crowned by a low-pitch gable roof that combines aesthetic elegance with practical weather performance. Commercial-grade double-glazed aluminium joinery floods the interior with natural light while ensuring thermal efficiency and acoustic comfort, supported by full insulation throughout walls and ceilings.

Attention to detail is evident in every element: from the high-capacity rainwater management system with external bracketing to the seamless integration of drainage with the school’s existing services. The use of durable commercial-grade sliders and access doors guarantees security and ease of use for daily school activities.
