Patrick has been a project leader at Kolin Construction since August 2023. His career in the construction industry began the day he arrived in New Zealand when he was offered the opportunity to become a construction apprentice. Patrick not only excels at his job but also uses his spare time to study and obtain the New Zealand National Certificate in Carpentry (Level 4). Since entering the industry, Patrick has participated in and successfully completed more than 40 residential, commercial apartment, and public school projects.

"I strive for perfection in my work and aim to meet every need of the client. We often organize meetings to review issues that arise in our work. I am happy to learn and share skills and knowledge with my colleagues," he said.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys crafting and gardening. His greatest sense of achievement comes from becoming more professional and skilled in the industry.
