Meng joined Kolin in 2023 and currently works as a carpenter. Over the past year, he has progressed from an apprentice to independently take charge of landscaping. At work, Meng is proactive and keen to delve into and learn industry knowledge.

"Working here makes me feel fulfilled and happy. I have learned a lot of knowledge and skills and have clearly felt my progress. The boss and colleagues are very friendly, and I am very happy to work with them," he said.

In his spare time, Meng enjoys fishing and climbing.
